Blissful time!
We had an amazing time at Mont Rochelle, we didn't need to think or lift a finger. The staff were always on hand to assist and help plan things, including wine tastings, dinner / lunch and much much more. We will definitely be going back one day!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Otter's Bend Lodge. The room was spacious and clean. I really enjoyed the bush experience. I will definitely book here again.

The most comfortable room and hotel, it was so good, we did not leave the premises at all during our 3 night stay. The Country Kitchen which is part of the property is well worth a nice long lunch of lovely food and wine tasting. Bronwyn at the Spa, gave the best massage i have had in years.

Its about a 25 min walk from the centre of Franschhoek to this oasis in the mountains which has great views and also a great restaurant. We have dined here a few times, on this occasion, the food and service was outstanding. Absolutely delicious.

Lovely location and excellent choice of wines. Our visit was wine tasting and we thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance, views and experienced excellent service. Well worth making the effort, make it one of your stops on the Franschhoek Wine Tram.

I have written a review for the beautiful Mont Rochelle previously, but had to come back to review again. I’ve been fortunate enough to return 3 years in a row and they exceed expectations every single time. The customer care is impeccable, the rooms are stunning, and there are so many little touches of detail which don’t go unnoticed. The staff genuinely care and want to help in any way possible. Nothing seems too much trouble. The wonderful management even noticed that I loved their homemade biscuits and gave me a box to take away with me and a beautifully handwritten personalised note - how thoughtful!! Mont Rochelle is hands down my favourite place to visit and I hope to be fortunate enough to come again. Thank you 😊

A boutique hotel set in paradise where nothing is too much trouble for the happy & welcoming staff. Wonderful food and wine and the perfect base for time in Franschhoek, although you probably won't want to leave the property to explore it. Best views from a hotel room we've experienced, and the wine tasting is a must.
